Pryda was a proud sponsor of the Master Builders Association of Victoria Green Living 2023 conference, held in Melbourne.
As the industry faces massive change including the NCC code and the transition towards 7-star performance rating, it was a lively day of presentations and discussions with experts from building, design, sustainability, research and manufacturing.
Pryda’s Marketing and Engineering Manager, Adam Dawson delivered a presentation focused on “Why your nailplate supplier matters” and the many ways Pryda is delivering value and innovation to the construction industry. It was also an opportunity to share our Pryda for the Planet campaign and our commitment to a sustainable built environment.
The Pryda stand generated lots of traffic throughout the day. Many builders commented how impressed they were by Pryda’s innovations and their eagerness to try these systems on their next job.
For Pryda’s Key Account Manager Ben Vannapraseuth, the highlight of the conference was being able to meet a wide range of builders and industry professionals.
“The networking was a lot of fun for me. It was good to see the customers really get around our innovations. The IWS screw was a hit and the SpeedTruss system definitely had a lot of interest as well. The exposure from events like these is great. People can see our point of difference and how we’re about helping the industry.”
